In order to register you land or property, you need to create a document named “Aadharam or Sale Deed”. Aadharam is document by which transfers the right of seller on the property to the purchaser. This is a legal document which is written by an authorized licensee in a stamp paper and registered in the registrar’s office. It can be a will or a transaction of the property, which includes the area, boundaries, and sketches of a particular piece of land.
As per government rules, Selling or purchasing of a property will be legally valid only when it is executed by the seller and registered in the respective Sub Registrar Office. The sale consideration as per rules in existence conditions in sale deed should be accepted by both the parties included in this agreement. For this legal formality, we used to spend almost one day in respective office. So if it is missed or lost, it will be very difficult to get it again.
